Mindfulness Day on Campus Tuesday 17 April
Mindfulness, Meditation and Monks
As part of the Chaplaincy’s “Mindfulness on Campus Initiative”
and in conjunction with Mindfulness Ireland
We are happy to invite you to take part in a Mindfulness day on Campus led by 7 leading Monastics
from Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh’s Plum Village Monastery,
On Tuesday April 17th in the Devere Hall
The event is drop in only, and will be open to all, no pre-booking of seats will be possible.
Times of input/meditation practice:
10am-12 noon: 1st session
12-12.45 pm: Walking meditation (weather permitting)
2-4.30 pm: 2nd session
7-9pm: Evening session
If coming for the full day please feel free to avail of the many cafes and restaurants on and around Campus.
There is no fee for the event but donations will be accepted to defray the costs of the Monks visit.
